If you would like to remove poly-drums or totes from your plant or dispose of them, call Innovative Container to schedule a pickup. Innovative Container will pick up poly-drums and totes anywhere in the continental US within 48 hours. We also offer drop trailer services and can schedule routine pickup days as well. Tote/IBC and Drum Retrieval Procedure

  1. Once tote/IBC or drum is empty, replace parts such as caps, lids, and rings. Please try to leave as little heel as possible remaining in the bottle or drum.
  2. Call Innovative Container at 1-888-919-1700 or use the online form below, and your empty containers will be picked up for free within 48 hours of contact. The minimums for pick up vary by states. See our Empties Retrieval Minimums Map for more information.
  3. All freight charges are paid by Innovative Container.
  4. A Bill of Lading will be faxed to your attention detailing the trucking company which will be picking up the totes/IBCs or drums, as well as the date it is scheduled for pick up.
  5. Please communicate the shipping and receiving hours to Innovative Container.
